WHAT BALL MASTERY IS, AND WHY IT WORKS

Ball mastery is repeating small, controlled touches until they stop needing thought. Taps, rolls, drags, turns. Nothing fancy, and no opponent.

It works because touches are the thing a player gets fewest of. In a match a player might get on the ball a few dozen times. Ten minutes in a garden is hundreds of touches, on both feet, with no queue and nobody waiting.

HOW TO USE THIS PAGE

A new challenge goes up every Monday. Watch the demonstration, read what counts as done, then go and do it. Most take a couple of minutes and need one ball. Where the level allows there is an easier version and a harder one, so the same drill works for a seven year old and a fifteen year old.

You do not need an account and there is nothing to pay. Do it in a garden, a hall, a car park, wherever there is a flat surface.
